4″x4″ Individual Square Pads

These 4″x4″ square pads are cut directly off of a QuikJoint 4″x50′ roll. Perfect for anchoring standard highway reflectors and buttons.

QuikJoint is an over-banding material fabricated and manufactured to seal pavement joints. Its specially-blended, high-tack rubberized asphalt compound is compatible with all common pavement surfaces. It is not designed to bridge cracks. When used to over-band cracks, the cracks should be filled prior to applying QuikJoint, using an approved crack filler material (Try our Crack Filler/Joint Sealer). An optional method is to cut strips of QuikJoint and position cut strips over the crack to be filled, apply heat to flow material into the opening, then fill the rest with approved crack filler. But ideally, QuikJoint should be used to over-band cracks after they’ve been filled. This will result in efficient pavement joint sealing.

Application is easy with only a few simple steps:

Peel —> Stick —> Heat

• Pull the white paper wax backing off the bottom
• Face the plastic residue side up and push firmly into the ground
• Evenly heat with a propane torch until the material liquifies
• Firmly press standard size highway reflector or button onto melted QuikJoint material
• Allow the material to cool for 10-15mins
